Doing a wheel swap is the easiest way to start customizing your Hot Wheels or other diecast cars/trucks. It really makes the vehicle look different. They can even look more realistic with the proper detailing. For example, painting the taillights, headlights, exhaust pipes, engine belts, etc. Using rubber tires and cool realistic looking wheels from other diecast manufacturers can make any Hot Wheels car/truck look like a custom Hot Wheels in minutes.
